Çiçeksepeti Extra | Blooming with Extra
In Turkey, Çiçeksepeti is synonymous with flowers, gourmet treats, and the art of gifting. But when the platform expanded to become an all-in-one shopping destination with Çiçeksepeti Extra, we faced a unique creative challenge: how do you convince an entire nation that their favorite “florist” is now also their go-to electronics, fashion, and home goods store?
Instead of fighting the brand’s floral legacy, we leaned into it. We developed a series of three films that embraced the “wait, what?” confusion of the transition with a healthy dose of humor. By playing with the cognitive dissonance of finding a vacuum cleaner or a new pair of sneakers on a site famous for roses, we turned a potential branding hurdle into an engaging, entertaining narrative. The campaign transformed the brand’s identity from a niche gifting service into a versatile retail giant, proving that while flowers remain at their core, they now offer everything else under the sun.
